Working on Wellness

The working on wellness program will help you learn and adopt behaviors that can positively impact your health and wellness. The working on wellness provides you guidance to 5 simple wellness activities that even the busiest people can find time to fit into their schedule. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is committed to “Improving Lives, Improving Texas” through relevant, research-based education. One of AgriLife Extension’s high-priority issues is helping Texans improve their health. Research shows that at least 50% of health status is due to lifestyle factors such as not using tobacco, being physically active, maintaining a normal weight and good nutrition, among many others.

Cost: $30

                     Participants will receive $20 back if they complete 75% of the program task/goals & 100% the evaluations/surveys included in the program
